Who We're Looking For
Expectations & Requirements
We're looking for licensed therapists who are committed to quality patient care in the home health setting. Here's what we typically look for:
- Active state license in good standing (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP)
- Home health experience preferred but not always required
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within your coverage area
- Strong documentation skills and attention to compliance
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Commitment to patient-centered care and professionalism

Licensed PTs providing home health physical therapy services for mobility, strength, and functional rehabilitation.
Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA)

Licensed OTs providing home health OT services for ADL training, home safety, and functional independence.
